Executive Secretary / Receptionist

Hotel arrangements & Travel bookings for guests and staff

Handling the Front Desk / Reception, Attending visitors and phone calls.

Co-ordinating meetings for the COO & Staff

Professionally administer all incoming callsEnsure phone calls are redirected accordingly Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner

Maintain attendance records and forward monthly Leave MIS to HR.

Purchase management & negotiation – stationery & office equipments.

Co-ordination with different departments for any requirements.

Handling printing related jobs, for eg. Visiting cards, Letter heads, etc.

Perform a variety of clerical duties

Female candidate will be preferred.

Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is a must.
